I build consumer-facing experiences — rooted in consumer behavior, grounded in operational reality. For 30+ years I've run complex, consumer-facing initiatives end to end for retailers and consumer brands: research and strategy through launch and operation.

• Complex digital initiative leadership — I take on funded initiatives with unclear ownership, define the landscape, manage the organizational complexity, and ship, including the parts that weren't in the brief.
• Net-new consumer engagement builds — when a brand knows the direction but not the path, I build the consumer case and the thing itself, discovery through launch.
• Consumer insight to market action — when research exists but teams can't act on it, I translate data and evidence into narratives and frameworks designers, merchants, and product teams use directly.
